Discounts & Final Sale
All merchandise purchased as a sale item, including items purchased during a sale event that are marked down 25% and over, are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Certain sale events may also be final sale.

- A friendly reminder that all holiday sale discounts: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day will be a final sale.
Ineligible merchandise also includes: worn items, face masks, earrings, swimsuits, undergarments (including bodysuits) and cosmetics due to hygienic concerns. Gift cards are final sale.
Returns & Exchanges
Regarding Items Bought In-Store
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased in-store, please stop by the shop during business hours within 30 days of purchase.
For Store Credit:

The returned item must be accompanied by the original receipt.

If you cannot provide the original receipt, store credit may be issued at our discretion based on proof of purchase.
For Exchanges:

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have their original tags attached. Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original box. The box must remain in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.
Online Returns for Store Credit
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for store credit within 30 days of ship date.
All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odours.
Footwear Returns

Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box with lid, inside a polymailer or shipping box.

Do not tape your return label directly to the original shoe box. Returns received this way may be refused or returned to sender.
Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive an email containing a gift card code that can be used toward a future purchase.
Store credit will be equal to the value of the returned item, including applicable taxes.
Gift cards:

Can be used online or in-store.

Never expire.
A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit total.
In the case that merchandise is returned in poor condition or without tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or future returns.
Exchanges
If you've found that your item isn't quite the perfect size, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of ship date.
If we are unable to complete the exchange due to inventory availability, you will have the option of receiving store credit.
All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odours.
Footwear Exchanges

Shipping Label Scanning by Canada Post
Please note that exchanged items are not considered "in transit" until the shipping label has been scanned by Canada Post. The exchange process officially begins once the package has been scanned and accepted by Canada Post.
All exchange items must be shipped back within 14 days of requesting the exchange. A $12 shipping fee will apply to exchanges.

Shop Now items
If you would like to exchange a size from a previously exchanged order, please email us at heygirl@ellesboutique.ca.
Second exchanges are subject to a $12 flat-rate shipping fee for the replacement item.
Please note that exchanges are available for size changes only. We cannot exchange one item for a different style or product.
Shipping Labels
We provide a return shipping label through our returns portal. If your label expires, you will be responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost.
We recommend dropping off your return package at your nearest post office as soon as possible.
Defective Items
In the unusual event that you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact heygirl@ellesboutique.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos of the defect or issue. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed. Merchandise that has been worn or washed will not be accepted.
If we are not contacted within 7 days of delivery, we may be unable to assist with the claim. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any concerns.
