At Elle's Closet, our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything that we can to ensure your happiness.
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to do full refunds.
You must have the original or gift receipt with you. Clothing and footwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours. Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box with the lid, inside of a package.
All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
** Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include face masks, earrings, undergarments, including thong bodysuits, and cosmetics. **
As we know some of our babes are missing shopping in our physical locations and may be hesitant in ordering online due to the cost of shipping, we want to help offset that cost and are currently offering free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax) on your initial purchase! Discount codes cannot be combined.
Regarding exchanges or returns for store credit at this time: You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item back to us. If you would like to exchange for another size, you will be subjected to a $10 flat rate shipping fee to receive the new size.

If you are looking to exchange your order for a different size, we ask that you reach out to us at email@example.com. Once we confirm that we are able to make the exchange, you will have 15 days from the confirmation to send the item back to us.
Once the 15 days have passed and we receive no word on the return, we will no longer be able to hold the exchanged item and it will be available to purchase on our website once again.
Exchanges will be subjected to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer.
With a store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).
Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
The gift card will be sent to the email on your order.

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange.
Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.
Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or refunded.
If you do not contact us about the issue within the 7 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items and contact us within this timeline.
Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.
